Налоговые уведомления по умолчанию будут поступать на «Госуслуги». Это следует из поправок к налоговому законопроекту правительства, размещенных на сайте комитета Думы по бюджету и налогам. Второе чтение запланировано на 18 ноября.
Вносятся изменения в ст. 52 Налогового кодекса. Сейчас приоритетный порядок получения таких уведомлений физлицами — личный кабинет налогоплательщика. На портал госуслуг уведомление может прийти, если налогоплательщик специально изъявил такое желание — подключил услугу.
Новый порядок подразумевает, что наряду с личным кабинетом налоговые уведомления по умолчанию будут рассылаться на «Госуслугах», если только налогоплательщик специально не отказался их получать в таком виде.

Речь идет об уведомлениях об уплате имущественных налогов и НДФЛ (в тех случаях, когда он не удерживается налоговым агентом — в частности, налог на доходы по вкладам).
С 1 ноября у налоговых органов появилось право списывать без суда задолженность граждан с их счетов. Новшество распространяется только на задолженности по налогам и сборам. По старым правилам налоговая задолженность взыскивалась по решению суда.
