Новый Bentley Continental 2018 фото коего представлено ниже, как ожидалось, не имеет глобальных изменений внешнего вида – обновленный Континенталь ГТ смог сохранить узнаваемый, консервативный британский стиль, столь характерный прежним поколениям Бентли Континенталь Джи Ти.
Новую машину Bentley Continental GT 2018 отличает от прежних поколений более широкая радиаторная решетка, передняя оптика свежей, необычной формы и задние фонари “двухдверки”, оформленные в непривычном стиле. У роскошного купе немного вытянулась колесная база, прибавив 11 сантиметров. Данное изменение позволило дизайнерам нового Bentley Continental GT сделать линию капота автомашины более низенькой, а сам капот чуть вытянуть

Салон Bentley Continental GT3 2018 видео обзор которого прилагаем, выполнен в роскошной, традиционной стилистике. В центре передней панели машины расположился широкий дисплей мулитимедиа (двенадцать дюймов), оборудованный необычным типом механизма, позволяющим осуществлять поворот дисплея.
В продемонстрированном Бентли Континенталь, благодаря представленному механизму, на передней панели может быть расположен непосредственно экранчик монитора, стильная панелька с приборами – стрелочные часики, термометр, компас, либо возможно все это спрятать внутрь, повернув наружу декоративную заглушку. Технические характеристики
Предыдущее поколение Bentley Continental было разработано на базе седана Фольксваген Фаетон. Однако анонсированный автомобиль Континенталь GT многое взял у последнего поколения немецкого Порше Панамера – конструкция обновленного Bentley Continental получила большое количество алюминия, что позволяет снизить вес представленного Континенталь GT на 84 килограмма
Переход машины Bentley Continental GT на другую платформу привел к изменению схемы автомобильной трансмиссии – предыдущее поколение Бентли Континенталь ГТ имело постоянный полный привод. Новый Bentley Continental заполучил привод на заднюю ось, а передняя ось стала подключаемой
Практически все техническое оснащение в новом Bentley теперь иное. Только силовая установка является неизменной – двигатель V 12, объемом 6.0 литров (двойной турбонаддув). Правда мощность нового Bentley Continental GT3 несколько увеличилась – модернизированный двигатель отныне выдает 635 лошадей, а экономичность силового агрегата повышена благодаря системе, позволяющей отключить половину работающих цилиндров мотора
В показанном Bentley Continental GT коробка передач в 2018-м году также будет иной – Взамен классической АКПП (6/8 ступеней), обновившийся Бентли Континенталь заполучил роботизированную восьмиступенчатую коробку, имеющую два сцепления
