Платформа «А7», созданная банком ПСБ, и Министерство финансов России объявили о создании новой компании «Росвексель», которая будет заниматься выпуском векселей и цифровых финансовых инструментов для участников внешнеэкономической деятельности.
По информации пресс-службы «А7», «Росвексель» предложит российским экспортерам и импортерам надежный механизм расчетов, подкрепленный золотыми резервами, что обеспечит безопасность платежей и защиту средств. Вексель сможет использоваться для расчетов между юридическими лицами и иностранными контрагентами, включая оплату контрактов в любых валютах.
Кроме того, новый финансовый инструмент предоставит держателям возможность получать дополнительный доход, что делает его интересным не только для компаний, занимающихся внешнеэкономической деятельностью, но и для частных инвесторов.
Заместитель председателя ПСБ Михаил Дорофеев отметил, что создание компании «Росвексель» в партнерстве с Минфином является ключевым шагом к формированию суверенной финансовой инфраструктуры страны. «Это усилит возможности российских экспортеров и импортеров и поддержит дальнейшее развитие внешней торговли. ПСБ использует свои уникальные компетенции, опыт участия в масштабных государственных инициативах и глубокую интеграцию в финансовую систему страны», — добавил он.
По словам заместителя министра финансов Ивана Чебескова, первые ценные бумаги от «Росвекселя» планируется выпустить до конца 2025 года. «В планах компании также выпустить инновационные цифровые расчетные инструменты. Создание компании и выпуск первого инструмента — это пример того, как государство совместно с бизнесом создают условия для развития инфраструктуры трансграничных платежей, что будет способствовать достижению Россией технологического и финансового суверенитета», — сообщил Чебесков.
